Refund Eligibility
Items are eligible for a refund if they are returned within 7 days of delivery in their original condition, unused, and in original packaging. Certain product categories (e.g. perishables, digital goods, customised items) are excluded from returns.
How to Initiate a Refund
Log in to your account, navigate to My Orders, select the order, and click 'Request Refund'. Provide a reason and upload supporting photos if applicable. Our team will review your request within 2 business days.
Refund Timeline
Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days. The amount is credited back to your original payment method. Bank processing times may add an additional 2–3 business days.
Auction Purchases
Auction purchases are generally final. Refunds are only available if the item received significantly differs from its description or arrives damaged. Please contact support immediately with photographic evidence.
Exchanges
We offer exchanges for items of the same value. To request an exchange, follow the same process as a refund request and select 'Exchange' as the resolution type.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was defective, damaged, or incorrectly sent. We recommend using a trackable shipping method.
Non-Refundable Items
Gift cards, downloadable software, personalised items, and items marked as final sale are not eligible for refunds.
