The Auction Process
🔍 Find an Auction
Browse active auctions on the Auctions page. Each listing shows the current bid, time remaining, bid count, and whether the seller's reserve price has been met.
📋 Review the Listing
Before bidding, review the minimum bid amount, reserve price indicator, and auction end time. Check the seller's reputation and item condition notes.
🔨 Place a Bid
Enter a bid amount above the current minimum. Watch the countdown and you will be notified if you are outbid.
🏆 If You Win
When the auction ends and you hold the highest bid, you have 48 hours to complete payment. If you do not pay within 3 days your bid will be forfeited.
↩️ If You Are Outbid
When someone places a higher bid you are instantly notified. You are free to bid again or move on to the next auction.
📦 Receive Your Item
After successful payment the seller ships the item within their stated handling time. Track your shipment from the Orders page. Inspect the item on arrival and contact support if anything is wrong.
Good to Know
Reserve Price
Some auctions have a hidden reserve price set by the seller. If the final bid does not meet the reserve, the item is not sold. You will see '⚠ Reserve not met' if the current bid is below the reserve.
Anti-Sniping (Auto-Extend)
If a bid is placed in the final minutes of an auction the timer may extend by a few minutes. This prevents last-second sniping and gives every bidder a fair chance.
