Pre-orders let you reserve products before they are in stock. Secure your item early so you never miss a launch.
1. Find a Pre-Order
Browse pre-order listings on the Pre-Orders page. Each listing includes the expected release date, the price, production status, and how many spots remain.
2. Place Your Pre-Order
Click 'Reserve Now' and complete checkout. Depending on the seller's configuration, you pay a deposit (typically 20–50%) or the full price upfront. Your order is confirmed instantly.
3. Seller Prepares the Item
The seller sources, manufactures, or imports the product. You can track the production status ('Upcoming', 'In Production', 'Ready to Ship') directly on the listing.
4. Item Ships to You
On or around the expected release date the seller dispatches your item. You'll receive a notification with your tracking number once it ships.
5. Receive & Enjoy
Your pre-ordered item arrives at your door. If there are any delays, the seller or LetItRip support will notify you via email and in-app notification.

Cancellation & Refunds
You can cancel a pre-order before it is dispatched and receive a full refund. Once the item has shipped, standard refund and return policies apply. Deposits may be non-refundable after production begins — check the individual listing.
What If the Seller Is Delayed?
If a seller cannot fulfil a pre-order, affected buyers are automatically refunded in full. LetItRip monitors pre-order fulfilment closely and takes action against sellers who repeatedly fail to deliver.
Price Lock Guarantee
The price you pay at the time of your pre-order is locked in. If the seller reduces the price before dispatch you will automatically receive the difference as store credit.
Deposit Terms
When placing a pre-order, a deposit (typically 20–50% of the total) may be collected upfront. The remaining balance is charged before dispatch. Non-refundable deposit conditions are clearly stated on each listing — review them before reserving.
