What is LetItRip?
LetItRip is India's curated multi-seller marketplace for Pokémon TCG cards and collectibles. Browse thousands of singles, sealed products, and PSA/BGS graded cards from verified sellers. You can also participate in live auctions to win rare items.
Is LetItRip only for Pokémon cards?
No — LetItRip covers Pokémon TCG, Hot Wheels diecast, Beyblade Burst, Transformers, Anime Figures, Retro Gaming, and Cosplay accessories.
How do I buy on LetItRip?
Browse products or auctions, add items to your cart or place a bid, then checkout securely with UPI, cards, or EMI via Razorpay. You need to create a free account to purchase.
Are sellers verified?
Yes. All sellers go through a KYC verification process before listing products. You can see a seller's ratings, reviews, and transaction history on their store page.
What payment methods are accepted?
We accept UPI (Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm), credit/debit cards, net banking, and EMI via Razorpay. All transactions are secured with 256-bit SSL encryption.
Can I use a coupon code?
Yes! Enter your coupon code at checkout. Coupons apply to the order subtotal. Each coupon has its own usage limit and expiry — check your account for active offers.
How do I track my order?
After your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email and SMS. You can also track it from your account under My Orders.
Is GST included in the price?
Prices shown on LetItRip are inclusive of GST where applicable. Your invoice will show the GST breakdown. A GST invoice is available for all orders.
How long does delivery take?
Delivery time depends on the seller's location and your pin code. Most orders ship within 1–3 business days and are delivered within 5–10 business days pan-India.
Do sellers ship across India?
Yes, all verified sellers on LetItRip ship pan-India. Remote pin codes may have longer delivery windows. Check the product listing for seller-specific shipping details.
How are fragile collectibles packaged?
Cards ship in top-loaders and bubble-wrapped envelopes. Figures and toys are packed in foam-lined boxes. Graded slabs ship in padded rigid mailers. All orders are fully tracked.
What is the return policy?
Returns are managed by each seller individually. Most sellers offer a 7-day return window for items that are not as described. Check the store's return policy on their storefront page before purchasing.
What if I receive a fake or damaged item?
Contact us immediately with photos. Fake items are eligible for a full refund and the seller account is reviewed. Use the Report Item button on your order page.
Are graded cards authentic?
Yes. All PSA, BGS, and CGC graded cards listed on LetItRip come with their original slab. We verify the certification number against the grading company's database before approval.
What condition grades are used?
We use standard TCG grading: Mint (M), Near Mint (NM), Lightly Played (LP), Moderately Played (MP), Heavily Played (HP), and Damaged (D). Graded slabs use the official PSA/BGS/CGC numeric scale.
How do I reset my password?
Click Forgot Password on the login page and enter your email. You will receive a reset link within a few minutes. Check your spam folder if you don't see it.
How do I become a seller?
Go to your account and click Open a Store. Complete the KYC verification form with your PAN and bank details. Once approved (usually within 24 hours), you can start listing products.
The website isn't loading properly. What should I do?
Try clearing your browser cache and cookies, or use an incognito window. If the issue persists, try a different browser or device. Contact support if the problem continues.
I'm not receiving OTP for verification. What should I do?
Check that your phone number is entered correctly with the +91 country code. OTPs expire in 60 seconds — request a new one if it expires. Contact support if you still don't receive it.
