How Reviews Work
Your opinion matters. LetItRip reviews are from verified buyers — keeping ratings honest and trustworthy for everyone.
How to Write a Review
1. Buy & Receive the Product
Only users with at least one delivered order containing the product can write a review. This ensures every review is from a genuine buyer — no fake or incentivised reviews.
2. Open the Product Page
Go to the product detail page and click 'Write a Review' in the Reviews tab. A modal will open with a star rating selector, title field, and a text area for your experience.
3. Submit — Pending Moderation
After submitting, your review enters 'Pending' status. It is visible to you and the admin team while under review. Moderation typically takes up to 24 hours.
4. Published & Visible
Once approved by our moderation team, your review appears publicly on the product page. Other shoppers can read it and mark it as helpful.

More About Reviews
Verified Purchase Badge
Reviews that link to a confirmed delivered order display a 'Verified Purchase' badge. This badge signals to other buyers that the reviewer actually owns the product.
Helpful Votes
Any signed-in user can vote a review as 'Helpful' or 'Unhelpful'. Reviews with more helpful votes are ranked higher on the product page so the most useful feedback is easy to find.
Editing a Review
You can edit your review within 30 days of posting it. Editing resets the review back to 'Pending' status — it goes through moderation again before being re-published.
