Cobalt Dragoon 2-60C is the direct counter to right-spin Beyblades (the vast majority of BBX spin right, like all generations). This left-spin attack-type Beyblade is designed to do one thing—the special Xtreme Dash gimmick that Beyblade X is known for, but in the opposite direction. This helps it counter the biggest threats in the meta. When launched with ample strength, it can even beat Dran Buster, Phoneix Wing, etc. in the stadium. As a hollowed-out Beyblade (and generally due to the blade’s design), it is hard to rely on it for outspinning the opponent. Your best bet is to launch it powerfully and expect consistent, fierce Xtreme Dash attacks that knock your opponent out or burst them. The blade has an inherent weight advantage (one of the heaviest blades in BBX) and the four-pronged blade design is excellent for terrifyingly powerful Smash Attacks. All in all, the Cobalt Dragoon 2-60C is a great attacker in the area that can be helpful in all types of battles.
